Remarks There was a wind sound with a sizzling from the burning now that I know more about it.

Remarks I only had 2-3 seconds view but it burned out right in front of my face in the sky. It was a bright blue burning ball there was a sizzling sound. I will state again, it burned out as I was watching. I witnessed this with my naked eye.
