Seen from second story window facing east. Light was bright enough to light yard and house. It first seemed to be as if someone was taking a photo of us with a light blue flash. It appeared to be like a signal flare, we viewed it just above the tree line 150 yards to the east going almost straight down with a slight angle to the North.
