From my position looking (due east) it appeared to break up half way over lake Winnebago heading due east as if it had flown over Oshkosh (south - to my right). (This was the "apparent" position of the break up) this should provide at least a vector. Due to the delay of the sonic boom it must have been at fairly high altitude. I was trained as an Physicist and Astronomer in College.
