| Remarks | After I saw the large flash of light, I heard a very loud boom. It also seemed like there were a couple of smaller boom noises as well. But, this seemed to occur a minute or two after I saw the flash of light and so I wasn't sure if they were connected. I am very close to the shore of Lake Winebago, and there have been people setting up ice fishing shacks the last couple of days. I thought perhaps there had been an accidental explosion in one of the shacks. People run propane tanks, and generators in the ice fishing shacks. And they will sometimes be in there all night fishing. It wasn't until today when I was reading about this that I realized I had also witnessed the meteor last night, and heard the loud booms afterwards. I also wondered if it was lightning and thunder that I heard. It's not uncommon for us to get lightning and thunder here even in winter. |

| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | I'm not sure if this is a terminal flash or not. I saw a very bright ball of light that was followed by a very large flash of light. It seemed to fill the sky up. It looked like cloud lightning. |
