Reports Report 1264e (Event 1264-2017)

Experience Level 2/5
Remarks Grew up around meteorites. Dad was very very interested, and would hunt down reports. Flashed going West to East not high over the horizon. Stopped on foot waiting for traffic (early morning run) so in a well defined location. Time is an estimate, as did not have a watch. Did not see an explosion, and it was visible for a very short time. At first I thought it was a fast plane with a light, then figured out it was a meteor. At arms length, the trail was probably some 10 inches and was bright enought to stand out over the city. Thin roman candle comes to mind. White to my eye. Asking my running buddy what colors he saw.
