Remarks I was driving southbound on the 405 fwy. It was bright enough to catch my attention as I was driving. It was on my left hand side just over the Howard Hughes Promenade. It looked like something being launched downward and toward the promenade. It had a small arch. It was bright. It flowed green at the end.
