My field of vision was somewhat limited by tree and two story house. This was a little low on the horizon but not characteristic a fire work, which I do see fairly often.
My estimate of what time this occurred could be off by as much as a 1/2 hour. I forgot to document that at the time.

Remarks
Al I got to see was less than 1 second. I beleive I saw a very very brief streak with a greenish light that flashed in a circular shape. I think I missed a little bit of the trajectory.
