This very bright object was traveling from south to north and seemed very fast. I reported the sighting to lunarmeteoritehunters.blogspot.com on May 30, 2011.
There were a dozen or so nearly identical reports on that site 2 days later.

Remarks
The object was definitely on a south to north track as it was parallel with Route 95. Near the end of my 3-4 second observation there was a flash and I saw at least 2,
maybe more bright fragments fall from the main body.
