Remarks There is a street light across the street, visually very close to the fireball, same color and roughly the same size as the street light, but obviously further away and in the sky just in my line of sight barely above the tree line a few streets down. Also in relation to me it didn't look like it was moving at all, just sorta there. Peeked out the front window and noticed more than the one usual street lamp. I had enough time to run outside, observe for about 10 secs, run back in grab my phone. I tried to get a video but it was very unsuccessful due to my camera being a potato, especially at night, I also think it was at the end and burning up, which I'm guessing because I never seen any light pop through the trees. It also seemed to flash bright green really quickly once. I'm not sure if it started sooner than my first seeing it, so I'm thinking a 20-30 second duration, possibly longer, though doubtful. Really confused by the 'stillness' of it?? I would have to be insanely lucky for something like that to occur, but I'm just saying what I saw. Really wish I could have gotten a half decent video..
