| Remarks | The fireball resembled video of rockets and i almost thought it was one until i noticed debris falling off and burning up. it was rather large, where i saw it at was not far from Charolette airport and the planes are roughly a couple thousand feet flying over, the fireball was brighter and larger than the landing lights on the air craft. It was very impressive. |

| Remarks | i could see pieces falling off and burning up two to three times during the course of the viewing, i thought it was about to break up and burn out but it didn't. i almost thought it was a rocket until i saw the fragments burning then i knew it had to be a meteor but it was very bright and large, never seen one that bright or go that far without burning out |
