| Remarks | The bright large meteor with a streak behind it appeared for about 4 secs from a westerly direction going east, then it disappeared. I thought it had burned out, but apparently it went behind some low clouds, as I spotted it a sec or so later 25 degs or so headed down toward the eastern horizon. I saw no explosion as it went out of site toward the horizon. |
