Reports Report 616c (Event 616-2011)

Observer
Name Victor
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I saw object in my peripheral vision through sunroof of suv and was astonished at the velocity it traveled; it reminded me of in the movies when you see a spaceship take off and blink out of view. It traveled from my right periphery forward and appeared to me to disappear before it was out of my view in the sunroof all in perhaps .1 to .25 sec. I actually found this website because I was looking to see what sort of velocity meteors travel at, since my very rough calculation gave me approx. 3600 mph.
