Remarks Yes I'm concerned because it's a holiday weekend if the wrong person gets a hold of it and it's radioactive it could harm someone. Also if it's on Lake Michigan shoreline could it affect the lake Michigan water?

Remarks I don't know what degree. It had a long tail but it was short-lived it didn't leave debris behind that I could see or cloud. It was very fast came out from the left of the trees and went behind the trees on the right I was Driving and the tree line was in the way.
