| Remarks | I was in my backyard at the time of this event, it seemed very close and relatively low on the horizon considering I my view was one of looking over a neighbors roof. I was surprised by the size of it in relation to having no sound, but I figured that there was no way I could judge the distance no matter what my eyes an mind were telling me, it could have been at 30K feet in the air for all I know, but the from the size of the "green burst" I saw, if it were very high up, and far away I imagine the size of it would have been huge. The size of the green burst I saw was a little larger than size of my thumb nail when I hold my arm fully extended in front of me. Note: I have seen this phenomena once before a little closer to Houston about 3 or 4 years ago, but I was driving at that time, and if my memory serves me correctly there was more than one at that time. |

| Remarks | Turn an saw bright green flash for a moment with it travelling away from me and on a brief downward trajectory. It happened so quickly but it looked hollow like the flash exploded from away from something in the middle, but difficult to tell as it happened so fast. |
