Persistent train
Observation Yes
Duration 1.5s
Length -1°
Remarks It looked like a regular shooting star; however, it was so bright (I saw it from my car at an off-ramp, despite streetlights, gas stations, and other urban lights) that I initially thought it was a firework, except that the light started up and moved downward... No train after the fireball disappeared, only as it moved...
Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks There was a little fizzle of greenish light at the end of its path... It looked like it fragmented, but not in the same way as a firework would have done.
Fragmentation
Observation Unknown
