| Remarks | As I was driving at about 55 mph at the time, I do not have an address to base my location -- just that I was approaching Exit 6, southbound I-270 in Rockville, MD. My husband, also driving on I-270S at the time but farther north from my location, also saw the event. He texted me immediately, and the text reports the time as 6:16, so it's possible that my car's clock was off and it actually happened at 6:15am. |
