Remarks -
Delayed Sound
Observation Yes
Remarks Time between the fireball and double boom was about three to four minutes, maybe a little longer. The time between the two booms was slightly less than one second.
Persistent train
Observation Yes
Duration 1s
Length 17.5°
Remarks The train was glowing and very bright. Enough to light up the road. It was bright enough that at first I thought it was a lightning strike but then I looked up and saw it streaking across the sky from east to west and it seemed to be much lower than objects we have seen in the past. There was no smoke and the train didn\'t appear to diminish however it passed over so quickly that it would have been hard to tell. A few minutes later we heard a double boom that was identical to the double sonic boom we hear when a shuttle re-enters the atmosphere although it was not as loud and we didn\'t feel this boom. The sound came from the east.
Terminal flash
Observation No
Remarks Not sure what fragmentation is but we did see what appeared to be brighter glowing objects in the train.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
