This was the largest meteor I\'ve ever seen. It was really quite amazing. My daughter was with me and witnessed the event as well. We were still inside of our vehicle when we observed the fireball.

The fireball started out white with a tail streaking down towards the horizon. It quickly changed to orange with a shorter tail and then dissipated as it neared the treeline.
