Reports Report 3994j (Event 3994-2017)

Observer
Name Rita P
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks This meteor was fast and low. Low enough that I thought I might hear some sort of impact. Unfortunately I was indoors and just happened to be looking out a window at just the right moment. I ran outside but of course it was gone. Checked one of our local TV stations but saw nothing mentioned and then found your site on line. Nice to know at least a few others saw it too. Thanks. I keep waiting to see another fireball to match one I witnessed as a child while living on Long Island. That fireball was awesome and I'll never forget it. That was approximately 55 years ago!
