Reports Report 1048l (Event 1048-2011)

Observer
Name Bill O
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks My wife and I were out for a walk when we saw this stunning event. The object was quite bright in the night sky, seemingly close, and reminded me of a space shuttle re-entry mishap. We speculated that it might have been a premature falling to earth of some of the satellite debris which is reportedly on its way. Immediately after its demise, my wife noted that her cell phone registered 8:10 p.m.
