Reports Report 4311aq (Event 4311-2017)

Observer
Name john h
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks Was a brilliant green, unlike any I've seen before. Thought was fireworks for a moment, but nothing else followed. Furthermore, this moved and winked out too fast for fireworks. No train or breakup at all. Not high confidence, but interesting. Posting in case there are other reports.
