Experience Level | 2/5 |
Remarks | I was on a boat facing south east initially, when the vessel was illuminated (behind my field of view)by a bright soft flash of green-white light (that was my perception). I quickly turned to face the light behind me (to the west) and saw a faint trail in the sky and the object broke up into pieces (very brief, and did not last long). The flash was very bright, like a flare and that's what I thought it was until I realised it was a shooting star/meteor. |
