Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Was very bright when first noticed coming from south, everything was totally lit up like bright daylight, as bright as a trains headlight unable to see because of brightness, while to north was dark. It looked as if it was everywhere in the south horizon as it came upon us. We Heard the rumble seen the hugeness of the light, as it passed above us while in our vehicle we heard the boom, we ducked, but couldn't see it above our vehicle. -then the head of it and many fragments traveled north at the same speed until it went out somewhere before reaching Wichita Falls, TX would be west of US 281 / in between SH 79 & US 281 in ranch lands of archer county. partials have to be scattered all over upon the land out there. Pretty shocking to see but beautiful.
