Remarks -
Delayed Sound
Observation No
Remarks I was in my car with the windows up and the radio on.
Persistent train
Observation No
Duration -1s
Length
Remarks It looked like a few small burning pieces breaking off in the train about midway during our sighting. The train was more yellow. My son and I watched as it burned out to black but it was dark out so I did not notice a smoke trail.
Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks It was so bright and seemed close enough that you could see it was on fire. It was very bright fiery and pieces seemed to break off just before burnout to black. The fiery color and brightness made it seem close...at least within a couple of hundred miles.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
