It was perfectly round; extremely bright and large. I have seen shooting stars but nothing could compare to this. There were four of us seated around a table at a friend's home;I was the one with a perfect view. At first I thought it was a plane but there were no flames; listened for sounds and heard nothing. I was facing west. How I wish I had caught it on my iPhone. A once in a lifetime experience.
