Remarks | The meteor was seen through the windshield of a moving car, making the observed directions more uncertain than if I had been standing still. The meteor was already glowing when it became low enough to see through the windshield. The meteor was among tree branches when it vanished, making it harder to tell whether there was a terminal flash or fragmentation. So, although I am an experienced observer, my observations are not especially accurate in this case. |
