Terminal flash
Observation

Remarks
I could be easily mistaken for a firework. The main source got brighter as it descended then seemed to moderately flash and break into smaller pieces.
Fragmentation
Observation
Yes
Remarks
It was not a "blinding" flash as I have seen before. More like poor fireworks. The flash peaked in an orange hue, then broke apart into several smaller pieces.
