Remarks | The star roughly in the centre is Polaris. The blurring is condensation on the lens, doing a timelapse of polaris while having a fire in memory of our dog who died on Christmas Eve. In other photos in the sequence, a plane trail covered about 1/5th or 1/6th the distance of this object in the same 5 second exposure, so this was travelling much faster. Iridium flare? Didn't see it at the time, only when reviewing photos later. |
