Reports Report 168d (Event 168-2018)

Observer
Name Rae H
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks It resembled a roman candle almost, but moving from higher into the sky to lower towards the horizon. Nothing in the area that I know of could have been the cause, and other than the color changing it looked like others I've seen.
