| Remarks | My husband and I were driving west in our car when we observed this. At a glance, it looked close above treetop and almost resembled a flaming 55 gal drum moving across the sky. Because it was unusual, I noted the time. To me it looked close enough to the ground to have landed still lit, based on my observation of it's trajectory. I looked today to see if anyone had reported something strange locally and saw reports of sightings in Michigan, which is why I am reporting this. |
