Reports Report 236d (Event 236-2018)

Observer
Name John O
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks I was inside my home looking out the window at the sky and saw an extended fireball ( small but very bright... nearly 3 second unbroken trail ) descend almost vertically and just begin to flair up brighter as it started to disappear below the tree line/horizon. Checked bearing on compass( with my iPhone) at 62 ( NorthEast) degrees. Was inside so not sure of any audible artifacts.
