| Remarks | I was driving, it was snowing lightly, and I noticed night had turned to day, I leaned forward and looked up and saw it right before it started to explode. It was light green color and very bright. At the time it looked almost as if it was coming straight down, and exploded fairly low to the ground. |

| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | It seemed to happen in two or more quick bursts roughly 300 milliseconds apart (guessing), and after the second burst I could no longer see any light, however it was snowing lightly where I was at the time so this may have obscured further details. The first burst seemed bigger and more violent than the last burst. |
