| Remarks | This was remarkable. Humbling, And for a moment, just a hint of terrifying. The fact that the object was moving so slowly across the sky and had such a remarkable tail/train made this really stunning. And all against the late dusk backdrop of the bridges and Bay Area skyline. Counting myself lucky. |

| Remarks | Glowing, shimmering, seemed very long (relative to anything else i've ever seen in night sky) and wide, thinking ~40deg from the object itself. The train was what caught the eye when I was walking to my car as there are on the reg some hundreds of moving lights in the night sky over the bay come and going from SFO and Oakland airports. |
