Reports Report 814g (Event 814-2018)

Observer

Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I am almost 60 years of age and while I've seen many "falling stars", I've never seen anything as bright as this fireball or bolide and with a green train. At first I thought it might have been a flare or maybe a type of fireworks. I didn't know there was such a thing as a fireball until I got home and looked it up online. I'm not really sure of the accuracy of the time I reported. It was either 7:15pm or 7:30pm. I can't remember exactly what time my friend said it was when I asked him. He didn't get to see it as he was inside the ice fishing hut. It appeared much larger in size and much brighter than any falling stars I've ever seen. I am thrilled to have seen it and glad to know what it is. Thanks!
