Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks To be more detailed from earlier, I was standing on the edge of my garage sidewalk. It was amazing to see this sight. If someone was to visit and view from my point of view, It flew what seemed like a few feet above the tree line but I know it was much further away. It was constant white and seemed to be falling from right to left. It started bright white and tapered into blue. It’s the second flash I’ve seen in less than a month. The last time I saw one, I was driving North on I 83 just before the PA/MD border and it was dropping from the sky NW from my location. This is fascinating to me and I’m happy to be able to report it to you.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks I believe it fragmented as it turned from white to blue. It seemed to get bigger if that makes sense.
