| Remarks | I have often seen meteorites particularly in Cornwall in August. They normally appear fast, travelling across the sky at a shallow angle. This was much brighter, clearly visible against a light sky. It appeared to fall slowly, i.e. travelling almost vertically in my field of vision. |
