My friend saw it first and probably saw it at about 60 degrees then I saw it when it was closer to overhead. It seemed low to the ground and went right over the building we were standing next to. Four of us saw it. The ball was very defined, then there was a tail on it. It seemed to move slow overhead. It was amazing!!!

Remarks
There was a long train after the ball, but I didn't notice a tail after I could no longer see the fireball.
