Reports Report 2611ax (Event 2611-2018)

Remarks I was sitting on the beach in Pass-a-Grill, Florida, facing to the right, looking at the horizon that included the rest of the oceanfront hotel lights of St. Pete Beach to the far right, and open ocean in the center and left of my field of vision. It was a cloudy evening, and the fireball (if that's what it was) moved across the sky at the speed of a meteor, but much larger and with a very obvious green color. Both my brother and sister-in-law saw it. Given the cloudiness, we questioned if it was a meteor, but the green color was so bright it lit the clouds briefly when it disappeared behind them. It seemed too quick to have been a plane (we saw a few of those that night as well).
