No sound? Where did the piece that broke off land? Was it really a meteor because it gave me goosebumps? I saw it enter our atmosphere and then fly across the sky and keep going it was unreal. I do not know meteors could fly across the sky on their own because this thing just kept going.

After it descended and caught my eye it went perpindicular across the sky, while behind a huge tree but we could still see it fragment of and keep going into the blue in front of it. Slight flash if at all but a BIG piece fell off. 2 witnesses.
