I left a report last night. I did not see a response or see my report up on your site. My time might be a little off because I was walking on the big dam bridge (pedestrian bridge) and I was very surprised to see this and did not document the time. I’m also surprised at the lack of reports for such a bright greeen light seemingly moving pretty slow in comparison to a shooting star. I did catch it out of my peripheral vision and had time to turn and get a good look at it for a few seconds seemingly. I don’t know for sure that it fragmented since it didn’t make a bright light at the end (which was well into vision in the sky not disappearing behind an object) or if it just vaporized or if it just skimmed our atmosphere.
