Remarks | It was partly cloudy with some ground fog, wish it had been clearer. I have seen two other fireballs in the last 25 years. Thinking about where I was and the angle in the sky, it appeared nearly overhead and disappeared at about 30-35 degrees above the horizon, tracking from East-South East toward West-North West. I would say it had a diameter of maybe 3/4 of a full moon. |
