| Remarks | It came from behind me to my left. I watched it pace my vehicle and pass me by very fast It was in a westbound downward trajectory. It seemed to be an object on fire. Flames streaming around off the front. They didn't appear blue to me however, but like fire. it streamed a tail and seemed to hold together until it winked out. No explosion, No flash. It was the largest and closest shooting star I have ever seen. I thought it was an airplane crashing at first. It was very disturbing and amazing at the same time. |
