Im a little confused over this question but I will tell you what I saw.
The fireball suddenly appeared right above our house while my hubby and i were in the hot tub. It was about the size of a basketball and it looked like it was gonna actually hit in our yard, thats how close it appeared!!! The ball was I\'d say so bright it was almost white, the firey tail behind it at first was very bright orange as it got closer it suddenly exploded its trail of orange into a bright electric blue. Then i could no longer see it cuz it was on the other side of our house, but I really could have swore it hit right in our neighborhood thats how scarey close it appeared....I have a friend who lives in Perus, the town next door who says she also seen it and that the could smell a really strange odor in their yard right after and she had asked me if i smelled anything, which i didnt but we were in our hot tub which we add aroma therapy too so that may have overpowered any smell we might have been able to detect....A week prior to that I observed another one of these type of meteors but this one came shooting straight down with a very very long trail and this one appeared to have hit in the woods by the road next door. I have to say this is kinda freakin me out! |
