| Remarks | It was the strangest thing I have ever seen in the sky! I have seen a meteor from here in the summer and regularly see shooting stars, but this was especially bright and wide and I could see it through cloud, it drew my eye. Then behind it came this apparently floating green hazy semicircle, one end of it was white/ bright and I swore out loud to myself as it almost looked like the curve of some kind of object in the sky and it seemed very large. I was on the porch of my house and turned inside for 10 seconds to switch off the kitchen light to make it darker. The moon is bright tonight and so I wanted to see it better. I watched it seem to dissolve, the green trail fading as the curve seemed to drift apart. I came inside and immediately googled “ meteor or shooting star in Wales just now” and found your website. |

| Remarks | I saw the fireball, if that’s what it was through cloud and thought it must be a plane. Then from behind the cloud a green curved (curve facing away from the direction of the fireball) drifted and dissipated over about 30 seconds. |
