My son saw it first. I was driving so looked over briefly. He could describe a little better. It appeared to almost hit the ground in the time I saw it. It was so low which is why I thought it was a firework.

Remarks
It was a white glowing train behind a green ball of light. My 16 year old son said "What, a shooting star?!" I looked over and saw it for about a second then it disappeared close to the ground. I had no idea there was a meteor shower so I told him it must have been a firework. Then I read the reports of the meteor and I am sure that is what we saw!
