Reports Report 5393c (Event 5393-2018)

Remarks I observed the Leonid showers a few years ago, and have also watched shooting stars when in dark-sky locations (Monument Valley; Taal Volcano). Have also see the International Space Station on a clear night. This seemed like a similar duration and trajectory to the shooting stars (and unlike a plane or satellite that travels slowly and stays bright throughout). I noticed it above the tree line because I happened to be turning onto CT Ave. My daughter who was in the passenger seat did not see it when I exclaimed, so it was a very brief flash that went from west to east (maybe NW to SE).
