Remarks I said it lasted 2-5 seconds. It was more than 2, but I think probably only 3, certainly not 5. It was very visible, quite bright, especially given it was around 6.45am so quite light.

Remarks A SMALL flash, then a couple small particles lit up VERY VERY briefly as it was gone. The particles did NOT adopt their own separate trajectory, they disappeared immediately.
