| Remarks | It appeared to get a lot bigger quickly, which I knew was impossible to since it was headed away. I assumed it exploded or just got much hotter and brighter. It was much bigger than any meteor I have ever seen. I thought it might even be something man made falling from space and burning up. Very big and very very bright. If there was fragmentation, I didn't see separate pieces, but it did blow up in size quite a bit before disappearing. It happened very fast. I just happened to be looking in that direction at the right time. I caught sight of it when it was already pretty low in the sky (to me, from my location/perception). |
