Was at work in a dark train yard and it lit up the entire sky from where I was right by Allegheny County Airport. No it was not an airplane I am used to seeing them there. This was a meteor of sorts. Flew across the sky at a spectacular speed and disappeared about 6-8 seconds after it started. Glowed bright green and had some white too. Also a little bit of a trail following it but went away rather quickly. I’ve seen stuff like this quite often but this one was just spectacular. Very bright and noticeable!
