| Remarks | Intense flash, continued about 2 seconds, tail and breaking up like comet. Very overcast today, unable to see moon. First thought was a plane explosion because of brightness, breakup, and what seemed to be CLOSE and large. Then as it descended was obviously a meteorite. |
